      Pros

      Ability to work in complex industries and freedom to work without constant supervision. Salary was competitive and great work experience straight out of college

      Cons

      Long hours and stressful deadlines. Didn't always get the supervision required for a job. Internal management conflicts and a lack of office unity. Some abuse of power from senior associates.

      Pros

      PTO policy gives ample time off, opportunities to work with a variety of clients made the work interesting. Great people to work with, bright co-workers.

      Cons

      Employee portion of health insurance premium is expensive. Busy season hours are high, but to be expected. There seems to be a glut of partners at the moment that prevent bright people from being promoted until some of those partners retire.

      Pros

      Very laid back with decent compensation and benefits. Great opportunity to get exposure to many different industries and employers in the middle market throughout the Western United States.

      Cons

      Expensive family health insurance. Long hours during busy season. A little bit too comfortable with the status quo. "If it ain't broke don't fix it" mentality. You have to stay with the company for a long time in order to truly reap the financial reward for your work.
