Good culture. They people on my team are fantastic to work with.

Cons

My comp adjustment related to my promotion was only .8% because of the market rate for my new position - I guess hard work doesn't pay off afterall. If they want to pay no more than the average rate, I guess they're gonna get average work out of me.

Great Benefits, professionally managed, the firm is working towards a diverse, team approach, and progressive workforce. Every employee has the resources to be successful in their job.

Cons

Eide Bailly is a CPA firm and has a very traditional partner/political structure - there are over 300+ partners who vote on the firm's direction. Because of this, the firm seems to move at a slow pace to change in the marketplace. If you don't have partner aspirations or have some type of owner equity (from a buyout), difficult to move up or thrive in career advancement; they are slow to update salary ranges based on the career market.
