Pros

Eide Bailly has one of the best company cultures out there. As a new staff, they never yelled at me for any mistakes I make, and understand that I'm new to this. They shower me with tons of lessons and know I'm trying my best, and I feel comfortable to ask my managers/partners questions when I have any. Good place to be at.
