      Great people and awesome clients. Respectful environment. Growing environment with opportunities to work on a variety of client projects. They work hard and take opportunities to have fun.

      Cons

      Benefits could be better. 360 feedback program needs improvement. There are a lot of opportunities to mentor staff and help them feel valued.

      An amazing culture that offers great flexibility and puts a great amount of faith in their employees. In addition they really are tailoring to millennials preferences of dressing for your day and allowing a work life balance.

      The compensation could be a little greater.

      The culture and the people you work with. It is important to like the people you work with as you spend most of your time with them. There is a sense that the firm and management really do care about its people.

      Cons

      Compensation seems to be lower than market and health insurance is just ok. There is little transparency about how your salary is determined.
