      Pros

      Fair pay, great benefits, flexible scheduling, beautiful fully renovated office in the middle of downtown. Paid convenient parking.

      Cons

      Little room to move from an administrative role. Tax partners and staff can be difficult to communicate with. Admin tax team lead can be a bit overpowering and controlling and micro-managing. Likely if you do something wrong you wont hear about it directly.

      Gaining multi industry knowledge, great schedule flexibility, decent benefits, great training throughout the year (cpe), culture, management that cares about their employees

      Cons

      As expected in public accounting, there are long hours and tight deadlines that can last up to six months of the year.

      Let you grow as an individual and open to ideas for how to grow your career and what direction you would like to take

      Cons

      sometime the "firm" slows things down and by being governed by the "firm" some aspects of different departments don't match up with that of the rest of said industry

      Thank you for providing feedback! As we grow the Firm, there will be some "pains" that go along with it. We are learning with each merger/acquisition, and hope that the Firm will be a cohesive team in the future.
