      Overtime is expected

      Pros

      Flexible work schedule and ability to work from home most days. Reimbursement for travel and allowances for meals while traveling. Ability to continuously learn and resources to build career and knowledgebase.

      Cons

      Overtime is essential during peak season. Expectations are high when it comes to workload and ability to complete tasks. Not enough training when a newcomer to auditing. Will need to be able to proactively ask questions in order to learn.

      Work is relatively the same year to year Busy season is not terrible Much more personal interaction between coworkers due to smaller size I truly do enjoy working with my peers Very good distribution of culture in this office

      Cons

      Partners care about image more than output sometimes We are discouraged from talking about salary to each other There isn't much room for growth if you mess up
