Management gives trainees space to work challenging data projects. Great skill development in batch data processing, ELT, visualization using modern tech stacks. Great culture and friendly team. Great benefits, time off, work life balance.

Cons

Few/No opportunities to learn streaming / real-time data processing. Occasionally have projects with legacy tech stacks or less-interesting dev work.
