      Pros

      Culture, isn't firm-wide but my office had a healthy culture where people were trusted to do their best. Work-Life, the associates weren't worked to death like at Big 4, management scheduled to prevent burn-out during busy season with a max of 50 hours during busy season.

      Cons

      Commute, the nature of our clients requires us to drive 1-3 hours multiple days of the week during interim and busy season to clients. Promotion schedule, since turnover is so low (very healthy culture, great workload), promotions are slow. Expect to make senior associate in 3+ years instead of the normal 1-2 years at big 4.
