      Pros

      Eide Bailly as a whole is a good organization. There are great opportunities for growth and educational programs.

      Cons

      The Sioux Falls office is nothing short of a disaster. There is an overwhelming amount of turn-over; in the past year, roughly 1/3 of the staff has left. Because of this, hours have been increased drastically without additional compensation. Leadership in the office is scattered and disorganized. They also treat others as a dictator vs. a leader.
