Extremely long hours during busy season. Pay could be better to compensate for the long hours during busy season.

The raises are not based by performance of the employee they are based on the performance of the company usually only cost of living.

Cons

Not so much a firm problem but overall the accounting industry in general has issues with keeping staff retention. The firm has done a. Good job at trying to combat this but it’s overall still a challenge.
