Pros

Great culture with talented resources across various technology solutions. I felt empowered to lead. Very little micromanagement. My manager was frequently transparent with me regarding privileged information that may impact my role.

Cons

The strategy for growth was driven by signed sales agreements which always felt more reactive rather than proactive. This resulted in a lack of resources and need for contractors on many engagements. This strategy inhibited sustainable growth and ability to obtain referenceable clients for future engagement.
