      Pros

      Work life balance, flexible schedule, ability to work in different industries, and growth potential.

      Cons

      Pay is not as comparable compared to bigger accounting firm’s. They started state regions last year so your state is compared to roughly two other states. This will be interesting to see how pay increases is affected in relation to this now this upcoming year. Salary increases do not go into effect until August.
