Career opportunities and good salaries are not bound to hierarchical titles. High end technology to work with. Very talented people in several areas are an occasion to grow personally and technically. International customers and projects.

Sometimes there is a lack in communication. The various departments should work closer to let the projects and all the subsidiaries be up to date.
