Pros

travelling and colleagues. There is not lot to say but not all the company is like the group where I was working. Avoid only GSS

Cons

compensation, benefit and training. Actually there is not any training and information is not shared as it should be. No organization and very low technical skills. Technologies are bad used. Unfortunately whatever you like about your job sooner or later will be taken away from you. Benefits are constantly cut although the increasing revenue of the company

Middle technical level (poor testing methodologies and deployment tool) Difficult communication. Informations remains secret and confidence in the employee is low Work hard, play light (long working hours)

- colleagues - office location is very central and looks goos - small gym in the building - new office with small gym - you can travel a lot if you are lucky enough

Cons

- management very incapable with no other experience than Eidosmedia - organisation in GSS group - technical skills are very low and technology adopted is ridiculous - no real training
