Eight Eleven Group truly cares about each and every one of their employees. With their organic growth model, you are always given a next step in the organization as long as you put in the work. The culture is awesome too - I've enjoyed going into work every day for the past 5 years I've been here. In addition, they offer uncapped earning potential and incredible training.

Cons

The industry is tough and not for everyone. This is the best place to do it.

The company has put me in a great position to find my own personal and professional success VERY early on in my career. My closest friends are the people that I get to work with on a daily basis. They challenge me and encourage me to be my best every day. I am constantly pushed outside of my comfort zone. No day is ever the same, which makes it exciting to go to work. The core values, (Grit, Family, Innovation, Service, Opportunity and Passion), are not just words, but are truly emphasized daily. I could not be more proud to work for such an amazing company and work with these people every day! This company is growing and the outlook is only up from here! If you want a place to grow you career and enjoy where you work, Eight Eleven is the place!

You have to be in control of your attitude and energy everyday! You have every tool to be successful, but you have to want it! It's not an easy industry, but man, is it lucrative and worth the hard work!
