      Pros

      The leadership team is unbelievable! They genuinely care and listen to all of their employees. As long as you are willing to put in the work, your leaders won't let you fail here. There's also so much earning potential, its insane!

      Cons

      The industry can be tough but again as long as you put in the work you can be extremely successful.
