Pros

- Talented and hardworking team (there are no slackers) - Challenging and fun projects - Low chance of going out of business due to the lack of competitors

Cons

- Awful management and toxic culture. Engineers were all nice and just hostages of the situation. Some of us raised the issues to management several times but nothing changed. - Non-existent work-life balance. Working 10+ hours a day, and often during weekends was the norm - Culture of fear, specially towards the CEO

They do remote work well. It's challenging but in a good way. Data-driven and mission oriented

Long term job stability not clear but this is the same at all startups at the moment
