Such a great place to work that it's hard to get a full-time gig

Flexible hours. Collaborative work environment with a horizontal work structure. Supportive team. Great benefits. Beautiful office space on Hudson river. Privately owned with employees owning about 40%.

Cons

A lot of loyal staff - "lifers". Hard to get a full-time job so people start as temps or part-time mostly (no benefits). Slow work environment.
