      Open door policy, encourages innovation, technology-driven. Facilitates continuous learning and development. One of the best paying organization in Mumbai. Growing at a very fast pace which brings in a lot of opportunities. Takes great care of its employees. Strives to build relationships.

      - Direct interaction with Partners; not like a Big 4 - Direct interaction with the clients; though working from India. Audit practice includes many industries viz financial service, commercial, pension audits; real estate; hence a person can excel in the field of his choice and not forced to work on the assigned industry - Investment in IT and communication tools is really good. One of the first entities that initiated work from home at the onset of Covid. - Way the firm has grown in last few years is amazing..
