      Good office environment, not much advancement opportunities for admins.

      Pros

      Nice work environment. Many events for employee appreciation, such as monthly birthday celebration in office for any birthdays that month, parties for any holiday, random fun events like voluntary dance lessons and performance. Unlimited Keurig drinks. Fresh fruit weekly.

      Cons

      The benefits are much more expensive than other accounting agencies. That's one of the main reasons employees leave the company. For my family my out of pocket for a year is about $12,000. There is very little opportunity for advancement for admins. While admins are treated with respect they are thought of as a lower class than the accountants.

      Pros

      - They are now more flexible with working from home. - The new office location in NJ is very nice and high-tech.

      Cons

      - Health insurance premiums are astronomical. - You have a review AFTER an increase amount has already been decided. How does this make any sense? - The firm is no longer has a “family” feel. They don’t care about employees and see everyone as replaceable.

      - Hours are not as bad for public accounting - If you're lucky enough to get a good manager/partner, you're good to go

      Cons

      - Favoritism - Don't always work with the brightest people - Horrible compensation - Horrible Benefits - If you're a good looking and a flirt, you will get treated like royalty---if you work hard, they won't care....
