You'll learn a lot by working across many different client industries

Cons

Culture and value-system is non-existent and upper management is heavily focused on numbers rather than cultivating competent staff to improve organic growth within the firm

Pros

Some good team mates (found some good friends)

Cons

Long working hours, no work-life balance and favoritism exists. Poor culture and negative management and creepy HR. Promotions are not merit based, but rather based on tenure and politics. The office is extremely political to the point where well-liked and talented staff will be fired due to one voice in upper management. Also, there have been multiple cases of the firm refusing to promote staff when it is due. In these cases, the reasons given for not promoting are petty and seem to be excuses to save some money on payroll.
