      Pros

      Great people who work there and are willing to take the time to teach and train staff. Ability to work from home as needed depending on engagement type and team.

      Cons

      Company is going through various administrative changes so there are a good amount of new procedures to relearn / forms to redo.

      Pros

      For the most part, everyone is willing to help and have positive attitudes. Open door policy- partners are very involved. You can get experience in just about every area of accounting because of how diverse the client base is.

      Cons

      I wouldn’t call it a con (unless this isn’t your personality), but in order to move up in the department you have to be aggressive and know how to talk to people.
