Pros

People are one of the key reason to join this organization. Everyone on the floor is very helpful and approachable. New joiners also get lot of trainings for them to get ready for the upcoming work.

Cons

The recent cost cutting measures and excessive micro management has led to deteriorated experience at work. Strict policies for leaves, non flexibility in RTO, unnecessary sense of urgency etc. has made everything toxic and surviving in organization becomes difficult, especially for freshers who are not yet accustomed to corporate culture
