      Pros

      For a large company, they maintain a very caring and family-oriented culture. The senior management team is progressive and positive and try hard to listen to employees and incorporate their ideas. The pay is fair and in many cases, above market rates and managers are encouraged to be active coaches and mentors.

      Cons

      The company has grown faster than some of their systems, which means that the administrative function is cumbersome. These may be growing pains, but can also be distracting.
