Indifferent attitudes and a fragile ego in middle management

- The work wasn't too difficult - Busy season hours weren't awful - Partners are nice

Cons

- Lack of work. Middle management seemed apathetic about assigning work. - Lack of training for client communications - A certain manager will hold a grudge if you ask for respect and better treatment

Good company, stressful industry

Pros

-pay is good -great training -lots of room for career growth -all my coworkers were willing to show me the ropes and take time to teach.

Cons

-BUSY season hours are killer. Even on the off season, you’re really busy with client work. They stress getting head of tax deadlines so the work never ends. -I felt pressure to delay vacations or at least work a day or two during my PTO.
