      Pros

      -Variety of clients -Jeans on Fridays -Daily helping of fruits in office -Summer Fridays can be half day if client work is light

      Cons

      -Health plans are expensive with high deductible amounts and compensation can be better -NY office is very crowded -Seniors are understaffed -Long hours during busy season January-April. Expect to complete the work of two people -Does not provide corporate cards -Does not have corporate phones for employees -Does not have fitness subsidy program like some of the other accounting firms -Have to provide receipts for meals over $10. Other firms have a higher threshold -There was a time when food was not provided during training

      Not a "lifetime" job

      Pros

      Training, workload, friendliness of most people, give back to the community... all pro's. The friendships I made kept me there as long as I was, if not for them I would have jumped ship the first week.

      Cons

      Salary's are a bit low. Health care is insanely high. Although most partners are great there are a few that are horrible... just because your bringing in the money doesn't give you a license to be a BLEEP!
