4 weeks vacation to start. Summer Fridays. Flexible schedule at times.
Cons
Health and Dental Plans are very expensive. Single person pays over $4,000 for both. Family pays over $13,000. Match is only 1.5% with 6 year vesting. Staff and Senior pay is virtually identical with or without CPA license. CPA only really helps if wanting to be promoted to Manager. Bonus is minimal.
