Pros
Easy place to work if you're happy being content or complacent in your position and can fit in with upper management's cliques. Good people at the middle-managment level. Firm is just another average firm for their size so there isn't the pressure to perform that you find at other firms.
Cons
Leadership does not have a vision for the firm and lacks the managerial and organizational skills to run a firm. Firm has been talking about a growth strategy for years, but it hasn't happened. Merger of Eisner and Amper has not produced growth or new revenue, and there are many duplicate non-client service areas that have not been consolidated. Nepotism is rampant from top to bottom, and management favors young, attractive females (I guess this could be a "pro" depending on who you are).
