      - Ability to lead an engagement early on in your career, good development opportunities too - Lots of peers to learn from, do happy hour with, etc. - Good PTO and vacation days

      Cons

      - Assigned to many clients at once, stressful to manage as a new senior - Busy season hours and working Saturdays from January - April

      Blame Game

      Pros

      The work itself is fine. It's very demanding, like public accounting in general, but you learn a lot.

      Cons

      Poor culture. Low employee morale. Everyone's walking on eggshells, looking for someone to blame. You have to watch your back at all times.

      too busy trying to become big
