- Lack of support from management - Terrible partner dynamics - SF Firm leadership has no care for any staff I have worked at bigger and smaller firms, this is not the place to be. If you are in New York or New Jersey, sure this might be a great firm. SF is possibly the worst location to work at. The firm has a really bad HR department, they don't harbor growth. I suggest to do your research and work at the better firms or the big4 for the resume, avoid EA at all costs
