-Great client diversity -Partners/Managers are extremely friendly and have open door policy -Great community of people -Great flexibility with working from home -Value input of staff/seniors of how to improve -Raises/Bonus/Salary are competitive

Cons

-Extremely clicky groups at work -Still ironing out efficient ways to get work done -Uneven distribution of work -To focused on billable hours -Scheduling can get messy

Great place BEFORE merger...when it was Amper, Politziner & Mattia.

PTO and pay was ok. I really loved the company before Merge and office relocation.

Cons

Company claims flex time BUT this does not mean anything unless you are higher up in the company. False promises with in company.

Pros

Good worklife balance and smart people for the most part.

Cons

Lack of strategic focus, and the related bottom line focus has put the company in a downward spiral. There is no incentive for personnel to focus on growing the business and the focus seems purely on "chargability" though the metric has little meaning in how it is measured.
