Pros

Only 1 - Good salary structure

Cons

Many. Poor working environment. Pathetic work life balance. Zero standardization. Lack of communication for employee retention and development. Lack of professionalism in terms of handling the employees.

Pros

Flexible timing once you establish yourself . Very good technical work on java/j2ee salary but all depends on the negotitation Good for learning technical .

Cons

Nothing as much but surely a challenge for any new comer to get estblished since the team size is very small . Expect late nights . you are expected to contribute significantly within 3 months . Some of very old employees have been laid off when there is no much work in the team .
