Pros

None except free evening snacks and car lease policy which helps in tax savings. There are areas of improvement in many ways

Cons

Working environment is pathetic. Employees’ self respect is not valued. Management is also not bothered about it. There’s no value for personal life.

Pros

Sounded good in the interview, but its been all downhill from there

Cons

Fear based management has been a problem but mostly there's no valuable work experience, software quality is a problem, being associated with the poor planning and quality is embarrassing.

Pros ? Badam milk dispenser. That's all.

Cons

- Work life balance - No Benefits - No increments - Compensation below industry standards - Lack of understanding Managers - There's no extra pay if you work overtime, juniors are made to work till 10 in the night quite often. - People who are here since 5-10 years boss around like the own the place. - The one who actually own the place, the CEO, is least concerned about this company. - Company's financials are sinking like Titanic. - No regard of personnel life as well.
