Very less scope for innovation,Work life balance is poor,For QA people exposure is very less.You need to work on new technologies on your own,if you are really very curious.

1. From beginning the work pressure is so high. Initially we think, its okay, its a learning period. But after 1 year, you feel like there is nothing more to learn, exhausted. Its like the lemon is squeezed more than it needed, now that's bitter. 2. If you ask for time for good coding, you will get answer like: a) Will more time really help for good coding? Excuse me, we are not asking for more time, we are asking for appropriate time. 3. No proper process 4. Work on weekends and holidays. No work life balance. So the Question is "R we growing?? R the Employees growing?"
