Pros

1) Gets to work with different teams and different stakeholder with changing projects and customers which pushes your logical development 2) You get to meet a lot of talented people across the board 3) Gets to sort your basics in coding with new ways and end results 4) Flexible work timings and open discussion is encouraged 5) Tech stack is also interesting - Angular, Java - AWS and Azure - if you are keen to pick up new techs, you will get your chance here. Get to work on migration to new stack and we are moving towards automation 6) Product company (SaaS space) - Exposure to commodities and energy sector which is a niche domain in India with respect to product development 7) Located in embassy tech park - you get free gym memberships

Cons

1) Work can be hectic but it's a growing company and you can relate to it if you have been previously associated with a growing company (growth phase vs stable phase) 2) Due to covid the evening snacks are stopped 3) As company is operational in different geographies - time zone management can be an issue but you get to work with people cross borders with different thought process (America, Australia, Canada)
