Terrible executive leadership team. Company once had a great culture however since it was purchased by J2 Global it feels like a call center with no strategy, no training, no opportunity for growth.
Product is really good. Company outings and trips were a lot of fun.
Cons
Trust is very low at every level of the organization; which in turn means micromanagement is very high. Pay was bad compared to the industry. All decisions were handed down by the ownership company, mostly regardless of what input Ekahau employees or customers had. Unrealistic sales quotas. Based on the pay structure commission was basically capped.
The R&D team in Finland is brilliant. Product is top notch and is the best in the market.
Cons
Since the product is the best in the market, management has become greedy and stopped listening to the customers and their demands/requests. Some folks from the management care only about making money (i know its a business) but don't really care about the reputation this brand has built over the years.
