      Supportive environment. Supervisors very accommodating. Everything is very systematic. Patients and employees genuinely enjoy contributions made by volunteers. Scholarships offered for certain majors. Recognition and rewards at annual/bi-annual assemblies. Perks include: discounts at the nearby See's Candies and one free cup of coffee from coffee cart!

      Cons

      Very few leadership opportunities. Sometimes it's hard to find someone to take over your shift(s).
