Talent/HR was unresponsive when I first got hired Total boys club - lots of cliques Lots of turnover - low morale No actual job training, supervisors didn't take feedback well Supervisors that were promoted were racist, and misogynistic

Flexible schedule due to on-call status. Some nice people to work with.

Cons

Unorganized, low hourly wage, majority of workers lean to one political spectrum and although 'not allowed,' did discuss their biases. Difficult at times to work in that environment and keep one's mouth shut. NEPOTISM. Seem to prefer much older workers.
