Pros

Reputable and well known high end steakhouse. Run as though you're part of the family, employees generally respected and valued. Value any decision that improves the guest experience.

Cons

The change in leadership at the top in the past few years has started to show some changes in priorities towards making more money and valuing the guest and staff less and less. Standard corporate practices common in most parts of the industry are replacing the family feel. In these reviews you're asked to rate the CEO currently listed as Paul MacKay however his son Chad MacKay is now in charge.

Pros

Money can be good if they aren’t reaching into your pocket that day.

Cons

Management takes tips from you and even if you don’t have a full suite of support staff, you are forced to tip those people regardless. If you ask about it, they tell you a nonsense response, but in reality they just take the difference for themselves. They’ve been involved in several lawsuits already.
