Pros
Reputable and well known high end steakhouse. Run as though you're part of the family, employees generally respected and valued. Value any decision that improves the guest experience.
Cons
The change in leadership at the top in the past few years has started to show some changes in priorities towards making more money and valuing the guest and staff less and less. Standard corporate practices common in most parts of the industry are replacing the family feel.
