- generous with hours - cultivated an environment where you feel very comfortable with coworkers

Cons

-do not respect labor laws with minors -will give an excessive amount of hours even if you are a student or a minor -underpaid, will offer you the minimum raise for a lot more responsibility -constantly understaffed -rude customers
