This place is always understaffed. They don't like putting workers or send you home early just to save hours. You don't get your breaks. You only get a 30, and they send you on your break when its convenient for the mod. If you work for 2 hours they'll send you on your break. You only get a 30, you don't get your two 10 minute breaks. They always rush you to take out orders through the dine in area and drive thru. Because of the "timer" , you can be in drive thru by yourself taking orders, packing the food , and charging the customers. They'll expect you to have the timer under 3 minutes. They have unrealistic goals and they always kiss up to the bigger bosses. I've been here for 5 years.

too much stress, labor timers to be low, upper management is very rude and ask to have good numbers,no time for lunch, customers are very rude no protection from customers being very violent. Since the Covid 19 started they took very long to protect employees. No gloves or mask available. They expect the employees to clean the whole restaurant. Also some other stores have had some positive employees and they still work with the virus and they react until more employees result positive. They are more focus on labor timers than the emphedemic.
