El Pollo Loco is somewhat laid back as long as you always complete your work. Parking is close. 25% El Pollo Loco corporate restaurants.

Cons

El Pollo Loco is not a huge company so there are not a lot of growth opportunities. IT Help Desk was not included in a lot of company functions.

Busy Stores, Benefits can take a while to kick in, Uniforms are a bit outdated. P.O.S. machines are old.
