Co workers are nice, the food is good, 50% discount on food at work, and 25% discount on food off work,

Cons

Horrible hours and benefits, always fast paced and understaffed, managers mistreat you, rude customers, and tons of complaints.

Pros

-Great job experience -Meet a lot of great people -you might pick up a bit of Spanish -very flexible hours if you are a student -very understanding and caring managers -adequate training -plenty of hours if you want them

Cons

-Favoritism is very much played -you only see your schedule one week ahead -you have to call or go to the store to see schedule -minimum wage -hard to get a raise -Typical Rude customers -Can get boring after a while -schedule can be changed without your notice which causes you to mess up which leads to a decrease in hours. -only hires part time (I believe it's because they do not want to give full time benefits)
