Pros

very by the book on cleaning and serv safe policies

Cons

very bias expect too much much for what they pay you( 1 person on drive thru REALLY?) poor training not a very diverse crew out dated headsets( for drive thru)

Pros

Only good thing about this place is you get a pay check every two weeks. I can not think of any other pros.

Cons

Management is verbally abusive towards it's employees, treats them like crap, and even calls them stupid in so many words. Never appreciate anything good that you do for the company,and you only get negative feedback. And If you get customer compliments, management will not tell you. Management is the the most uneducated group of people I have ever seen. They write business memos like a third grader. EX: You managers has buy you a lot of nice gift for Christmas party. Your store will closed at 8:00pm so you can came to this exciting event. (This Is how the memo for the office party read last year.) I wish I was making this up. Never work for this company they will throw you under the bus at any chance they get. Trust me I've been thrown under the bus many of times.
