At the specific location I worked - 6499 N Blackstone - the GM developed the most friendly and supportive environment I’ve ever encountered in a restaurant environment. There are a number of very long-term employees who are a wealth of experience and information that help newer hires settle in quickly

The corporate office seems reluctant to establish and maintain policies and practices- for example, when I left in October 2024 there was no formal attendance policy, making it almost impossible for the management to enforce anything
