50% off of lunches, 25% employee discount on anything, somewhat flexible hours, decent management overall, pretty good food and sometimes nice customers.

Cons

Somewhat flexible hours, low rate of pay, fast-paced, not much room for advancement, no free food during lunch breaks.

Some Lovely co workers. Bonuses when p&l is under control. Food is great. Lovely customers when you get to know them in a a more personal level.

Cons

Double standards behavior if you are liked by senior managmt you will be ok even if you are not passing your inspections.
