My team of coworkers were very nice to me, my manager was patient and covered for us when customers were angry, and the overall culture was nice to be in.

Cons

I was the only service assistant so I was in charge of every dish that wasn't just a chicken order so it became almost impossible to keep up with orders during heavy rush hours. It was extremely challenging to do mobile orders and in person orders and drive through orders all at the same time.
