The only pros were that you can meet good people and be a part of a team (if that team's run properly).

Cons

Working here was terrible from the beginning. Older employees are getting paid less than the new hires, management is incompetent and unprofessional, area leaders are not helpful and prone to favoritism in stores, and when a concern or report is taken to hr it's disregarded and sent back to the area leader.
