-layoffs not as common because its a small team and you will do more than you would at a larger company -pretty strong cashflow, parent company is rather large -exposure to CEO/CFO is expected, CEO will ask you questions directly -lots of acquisitions in past 5 years

Cons

-since its small team, you probably will have more responsibility than for a larger company and be working more hours -attendance is strictly monitored, if you miss a few days without manager approval, CEO will know and your reputation is impacted
